Refund Policy

Trade Pak aims to provide a seamless service experience. Our Refund Policy is designed to address your concerns fairly:

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are applicable only for damaged or incorrect goods reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Transportation service fees are non-refundable once the service is rendered.

Process:

  • Submit a refund request via support@tradepak.com with proof of issue.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days after approval.

Exclusions:

  • Custom or bulk orders are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
