Trade Pak aims to provide a seamless service experience. Our Refund Policy is designed to address your concerns fairly:
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are applicable only for damaged or incorrect goods reported within 7 days of delivery.
Transportation service fees are non-refundable once the service is rendered.
Process:
Submit a refund request via support@tradepak.com with proof of issue.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after approval.
Exclusions:
Custom or bulk orders are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
